Human Resources And Admin Assistant

? Graduate in BSBA Human Resources Management or any business management courses
? Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
? Knowledgeable in the Philippine Labor Code and government benefits
? Process and maintain payroll of all employees, weekly and bi-monthly
? Extensive background in recruitment and training
? Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
? Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
? Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
? Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job listing sites
? Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
? Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter
candidates within schedule
? Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
? Ability to handle confidential information
? Computer literate with average MS Office applications skills
? Ability to efficiently multitask administrative and ad hoc tasks
? With effective communication skills
? With excellent organizational and time management skills
? Preferably lives Near Laguerta, Calamba, Laguna

Salary Range: Php 23,000 – 25,000
