Responsible for ensuring proper implementation of the day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
1. HR Administration and Management
Administers assigned aspects of staffing and employment including workforce planning, job analysis, labor relations, salary administration, recruitment, application screening, interviewing, selection assistance, reference checking and hiring.
Ensures proper administration of company initiated and government mandated benefits.
Oversees operation and maintenance of HR databases.
Maintains records, files, reports and other documents; ensure confidentiality and easy retrieval of such.
Validates processing of employee’s separation clearance and review computations.
Administers preparation of summary sheets for salary adjustment; ensure timely issuance of rating sheets and consistency of ratings.
Supervises maintenance of 201 files and determine file retention in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
Controls and monitors submission of timekeeping transactions.
2. HR Support
Assists the HR Manager with employee relations and compensation issues.
Participates in work planning and goal setting.
Orients new employees on job duties, policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
Attends to employee complaints.
3. People Management
Evaluates performance of subordinates; suggest appropriate action and training to improve employee performance and growth potential.
Counsels and motivate subordinates to maintain high level of morale and discipline.
Monitors performance of staff against KPIs and ensure fulfillment of regularization/ non-regularization of employees based on set measures and timelines.
