Human Resource Specialist

The duties and responsibilities of Human Resources Specialist are the following:

- End to end process of recruitment.
(Pooling, Screening, Interview, Onboarding)
- Monitoring of employee movements or transfers, promotions, regularization etc.
- Payroll every 10th and 25th of the month
- Computation of last pay, overtime and other special allowances.
- Monitoring of employee's attendance.
- Implementation of existing company policies.
- Drafting and issuing memorandum regarding employee's violation to company policy.
- Preparation of monthly reports (Masterlist, Newly hired and resigned etc.)
- Point person regarding manpower concerns.
**Salary**: From Php13,000.00 per month
