Experience: 2-3 years in HR or related field
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.Act as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for the region.Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and satisfaction.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.Ensure resolution of disputes, grievances, and performance issues in a fair and timely manner.Performance Management: Facilitate annual performance reviews and support managers in setting goals.Guide employees on career development and growth opportunities.HR Operations: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll coordination for the region.Learning and Development: Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.Support leadership in building a culture of continuous learning.Change Management: Assist in implementing organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.Drive communication and support for new initiatives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (2-3 years) in HR, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Visayas region.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
