Our company is actively seeking a highly qualified Human Resource Admin to confidently oversee and manage the daily operations within our HR Department. 
Main Responsibilities: Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. Explain rules, policies, or procedures. Perform human resources activities. Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints, or other employee concerns. Record data for each employee, including 201 Files, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations. Requirements: At least one year of experience in HR management. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desirable. Fluency in English, including grammar and composition, is required. Administrative skills including word processing, email composition, file management, form design, etc. Your application will include the following questions: How would you rate your English language skills?
How many years' experience do you have as a Clinical Admin?
How many years' experience do you have as a human resources administrator?
