Responsibilities:-Formulates strategies to improve the overall hiring process and candidate experience. Ensures that all sourcing channels are properly and efficiently exhausted by his/her subordinates-Good interpersonal skills, highly organized, output-driven, keen on details, and resourceful.-Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.-Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives.-Consulting with the human resources department to guide the utilization, development, or hiring of personnel.-Performance analyses of employees-Perform employee evaluations and make recommendations on personnel actions, such as promotions or firing-Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence, and other documents-Review records and reports relevant to payroll, production and other workplace activities for monitoring employee activities and evaluating performance-Work with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units, or teams-Implement company or departmental policies, procedures, and quality/service standardsQualifications:-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent-At least 3 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources or equivalent is required for this position-Required skills: Knowledge of all HR functions (compensation & benefits, labor relations, recruitment, training & development), Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge of HRIS is a plus-Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Willing to report full on-site from Monday to Saturday (located at Munoz Quezon City)-Open for fresh graduates
