HR SUPERVISOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
Oversee HR Recruitment across the organization
Oversee the payroll processing and ensure that compensation and benefits of all employees are monitored and processed on time.
Monitor tracking and consolidation of incident reports per department and ensure that proper action are taken for offenses/negligence committed by employees.
Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
Analyze data on employee turnover, employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews and other metrics, and make recommendations to enhance and improve HR programs and services
Coach and counsel managers and employees on performance-related problems.
Resolve issues in order to maintain positive employee relations while at the same time, optimize organizational performance.
Track and identify trends in situational discord for possible strategic resolution
Ensure investigations are conducted in a professional manner, compliant with all relevant local, state and federal laws, and that all parties involved are treated with dignity and respect
Identify and implement training initiatives to provide fundamental human resources knowledge to Supervisors and Managers in support of their roles as leadersManage hiring policy and procedures and ensure on-going compliance with those guidelines
Oversee continual review of the orientation process for new employees to reflect the most current information
Direct or coordinate investigations and preparations for regulatory audits and surveys

Proven experience as HR Supervisor
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
