Recruitment and Selection:- Assist in the recruitment end to end process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts, job offer- Coordinate job postings and manage the hiring dashboard and candidate database.Employee Relations:- Handling Employee and employer conciliation and mediation - Assist in handling employee grievances and disputes.- Maintain employee records. according to policy and legal requirements.Compensation and Benefits:- Assist in administering employee benefits and providing employees with information about these benefits.- Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor regulations.- Assisting employee in processing government loans requirements and approval - Knowledge in employees compensation programs Training and Development:- Coordinate training sessions and seminars including Government updates, OSH, BLS, DENR, DOLE and other training sessions that need to coordinate with other department heads. - Assist in performance management processes.HR Administration:- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.- Ensure the HR database is up-to-date, accurate, and complies with legal requirements.- Report directly to owner regarding overall HR updates. - Communicate meeting schedule for all departments including minutes of the meeting.- Knowledge in online banking. - Monthly Branch Visit Performance Management - Implement performance appraisal systems and facilitate review processes.- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans.- Analyze performance data to identify trends and develop strategies for employee development.Qualification: - preferably with 3 to 4 years' experience in F&B - at least 1 year experience as Safety Officer II- can work under pressure with minimal supervision - With strong personality - Willing to start asap- Can handle multiple brands
