Position: HR Supervisor

Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Php30,000-Php40,000
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Graduate of Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resource Management or Psychology
? With least 1-2 years working experience in the same role.
? Has working experience as HR in a construction company
? Amendable to work on site
? Amendable to attend face to face interview


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Create, maintain, evaluate and improve employee handbooks and HR regulations..
? Resolve employee concerns, provide input to top management, handle disagreements, and collect reports by completing forms, required documentation, and records.
? Manage the recruitment and selection process
? Processing system-based software benefits and compensation for employees.
? Maintaining documentation in human resources about new hires, transfers, firings, changes to job classifications, and merit raises
? In charge of payroll computation
