Salary: 25,000 - 28,000With Saturday scheduleQualifications•Graduate of Psychology or any related course•At least 5 years of work experience directly related to the position.•With Supervisory experience.•Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS softwareDuties and Responsibilities:•Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.•Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.•Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.•Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.•Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.•Progress reporting on documents status/maintaining KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)•Perform other related duties and activities as required.•Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures•Good knowledge of employment/labor laws•Good interpersonal skills•With time management skills.•Keen to details.
