Responsibilities:_· Provide general clerical and administrative support relatingto personnel functions in the areas of recruitment, payroll, employeerelations and performance management, to name a few.· Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality oncritical and sensitive information, records and reports.· Able to maintain employee files and complex record keepingsystems.· Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and inwriting.· Perform a variety of office support and clerical dutiesBasic HR function and procedures* Office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers andapplicable software applications such as word processing, spreadsheetsand databases.* Methods and techniques for basic report preparation, writing, recordkeeping and filing* English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
