Ceres Summit Corporation, one of the leading manufacturing experts in Food, Pharma-Galenical, Cosmetics, and Home Solutions in the Philippines, is in need of an experienced HR Staff.

 

Education & Experience Requirement

A graduate of Business Administration major in HRDM or Psychology graduate.

Good organization, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels/departments.

At least 6 months experience as an HR Staff.

Has experience and knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

Strong ethics and reliability.

Must be adept at

problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.Must possess strong interpersonal skills.

Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.

Must be organized, accurate and thorough.

Know how to multitask and knows time management.

Computer Literate.

HR Staff provides support to the Head of Office by performing administrative tasks, implementing organizational and departmental policies, and other support related to Recruitment; Training; CompBen; Performance Management; Workplace Safety & Health; Employee Health & Wellness, and other operational activities.
