Position: External Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist
Location: Pure WFH
Salary: commission based no basic salary but unlimited commission per successful hires.

Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers.
• -Create and publish job ads in various portals
• -Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
• -Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• -Screen resumes and job applications
-REQUIREMENTS: WITH OWN LAPTOP AT HOME, WIFI AND WITH ROBINSONS OR BPI ACCOUNT
-WORKING SCHEDULE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM-6PM
-JOB TYPE: FULLTIME, URGENT AND DIRECT HIRE
