This role involves supporting the recruitment process by conducting initial interviews, interacting with candidates, and assessing their experience to determine where they would be the best fit within our organization. You will play a vital part in our hiring process, ensuring we identify and bring in top talent that aligns with our team culture and goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Engage with interested candidates, building rapport and establishing a positive first impression of Serve Freight. Ask key questions to evaluate candidates' backgrounds, experience, and career aspirations. Maintain and update candidate records within our HR management system. Collaborate with hiring managers to match candidates to suitable roles within the organization. Provide feedback and recommend candidates for further interview rounds. Contribute to continuous improvement in the recruitment and onboarding process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in logistics or transportation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse candidates. Ability to assess and analyze candidates' potential fit for various roles. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple candidates simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
