Key Qualifications:
At least 3 years in content creation, HR communications, or a similar role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices
Proficiency in MS Office and content management tools

The Senior Associate, HR Services - Content Management and Employee Communications writes and maintains knowledge articles for employee and manager use, creates process documents and guides for HR team use, and drafts communications related to HR services.
