Salary: 65,000 - 80,000

¦Job Requirements:
·Knowledgeable in Labor and Corporation activities
·5-7 years of experience in HR
·At least 2 years of experience at the Managerial level.
·Philippine law document in HR knowledge.
·With extensive knowledge of Philippine law.
·Graduate of Bachelor of Laws if preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Leads the function of the Security and Employee Relations
2. Develops and enforces the company's HR strategies, policies, as well as objectives, targets, and programs concerning all areas of Human Resources, such as but not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, and Administrative Services. Facilitates HR Managers in dealing with the day-to-day operation, and oversees staff operations and budget development of the department.
3. Implements the procedures and guidelines in relation to Commercial / Labor Law and the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines.
