Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop comprehensive job postings.Coordinate and conduct initial applicant screenings and interviews.Collaborate with the HR team to develop competitive compensation packages and provide recommendations to management.Ensure compliance with all local and national hiring regulations.Maintain recruitment dashboards and report on key recruitment metrics.Develop proactive candidate sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding efforts.Maintain accurate and comprehensive recruitment records.Undertake ad-hoc projects related to recruitment, as directed by management. These could include conducting market research on compensation trends, participating in job fairs, developing new recruitment channels or strategies, assisting with the integration of new HR technology, or helping to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.Assist other HR team members with tasks as needed, which may include but are not limited to conducting exit interviews or addressing employee queries related to recruitment. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Recruitment Specialist role. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar fields (Psychology/Administration/Management).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Adept at conflict resolution and problem-solving with a thorough understanding of HR procedures and policies.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.Ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any similar course At least 3 years relevant working experience in tax preparations, accounting, audit, bookkeeping, payroll, and/ or preparation of statutory financial statements Advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel Working knowledge with accounting applications such as XERO or Quickbooks Online would be advantageous Excellent technical and analytical skills Certified Public Accountant is preferred Supervisory role is a plus Willing to start ASAP CPA Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
