Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities.Work with the HR team to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.Govern performance management review on the associates periodically.Track the completion and implementation of career development plan (CDP)Create training modules based on the training needs of the associates.Conducts in-house training based on the identified needs of the company.Proactively seek opportunities to engage by doing periodic "kamustahan" sessions with disengaged associates.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations Create insights and recommendations from generated people analytics. Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.· 3 years or more proven experience as an HR Manager or any similar role· Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor law.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Proficiency in HR software and tools (HRIS, SAP, etc.)
