Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor training programs that align with the organization's goals and employee needs. Ensure training content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.Conduct regular training needs analyses across all departments to identify skills gaps and training opportunities.Create tailored employee development plans for career progression and succession planning.Design and facilitate leadership development programs for managers and high-potential employees.Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.Support performance management processes by ensuring that the necessary tools and training resources are available to employees and supervisors.Measure the effectiveness of training programs using metrics, feedback, and performance data. Adjust programs as needed for continuous improvement.Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters such as policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and employee grievances.Ensure company policies and procedures are in line with employment laws and regulations. Manage all HR documentation, including employee records.Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Oversee and administer the performance review process. Provide managers and employees with the tools and training needed to set goals and track performance.Initiate programs that foster a positive and engaging work environment, leading to higher employee satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with management to ensure compensation packages are competitive and benefits programs are properly communicated to employees.Contribute to the development and execution of the overall HR strategy, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives.Work with department heads to assess current workforce capabilities and plan for future workforce needs, focusing on talent development and retention. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.5+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Training and Development.Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to analyze data, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Proficiency with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Ability to inspire and motivate teams and individuals to achieve their development goals.Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple training projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and presentations.Able to address employee concerns and organizational challenges with practical solutions.Capable of coaching managers and employees to improve performance and career development.
