The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction / real estate industry to effectively manage recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and training programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Admin related responsibilities
Organizing company events, including meetings, conferences, and employee gatherings.Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow within the office.Assist with special projects and perform other duties as maybe assigned by management.
