The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction / real estate industry to effectively manage recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and training programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Admin related responsibilities
Organizing company events, including meetings, conferences, and employee gatherings.Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow within the office.Assist with special projects and perform other duties as maybe assigned by management. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology , Business Administration or any behavioral related course.Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, preferably with at least 5 years in the construction or real estate industry.In-depth knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities.Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives & HR best practicesProficient in relevant hiring platforms. People oriented and results driven.
