Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies, including career development programs, engagement initiatives, and recognition and rewards programs.Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and disputes, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.Lead the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching managers and employees on effective performance management practices.Develop and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and compliance with all applicable HR policies and procedures.Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and develop HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives.Provide coaching and development to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
