Recruitment & Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making offers.2. Training & Development: Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.3. Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.4. Employee Relations & Discipline: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment.5. Performance Management: Facilitate the performance review process, including setting performance standards, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
