Job Description: HR Head (Integrated Resort) We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead the Human Resources department of our integrated resort. The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the resort's overall business objectives. This role involves overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the resort's business objectives. Oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. Lead recruitment and retention efforts to attract and maintain top talent. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees. Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and morale. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and government regulations. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute workforce planning strategies. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team. Prepare and administer the annual HR budget effectively and efficiently. Oversee 28 HR employees. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Experience in integrated resorts, specifically hotels and casinos. Experience in the casino or hospitality industry (at least 5-star). HR Generalist background, particularly with expatriates. Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Position Type: Full-time, office-based. Cebu City, Philippines.
