Hr Director

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Human Resources Director to join our team. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including but not limited to recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including developing effective sourcing and hiring strategies. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees. Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs. Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and development. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
