• Assists with "on-boarding" new hires, Orientation of basic policy on site and Introducing to team.• Registration of new hires to biometrics and required updating of Master list.• Schedules and facilitates employee training and the corresponding records.• Assists in the administration and processing of employees complains or claims.• Serving of Notice to Explain and Disciplinary actions based from company policy.• Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HR updates).• Prepares and distributes HR correspondence to managers and employees.• Facilitates schedule, site level reward and recognition programs for GA.• Manages the leave of absence process for all employees.• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.• Updating Bulletin Board.• Coordinates the processing of time cards and submits TK to Accounting Department.• Manage HR department invoices and billing.• Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:• BS Psychology graduate is advantage or any other related course• With 1-2 years experience as Hr Admin/Coordinator• Good communication skills both verbal and written• With Complete requirements• With own service or motorcycle is advantage• Willing to start ASAP!
