Hr & Compliance Specialist

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CCEP) preferred.Proven experience in HR and compliance roles, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., EEOC, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA).Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess compliance risks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate compliance requirements to employees at all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.Experience developing and delivering compliance training programs preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.Familiarity with industry-specific compliance requirements (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing) is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
