Responsible for ensuring that an organization adheres to labor laws and ethical standards. Duties include staying updated on compliance issues related to regulations such as ACA and HIPAA, coordinating compliance activities, and supporting record-keeping and reporting requirements for payroll, FMLA, COBRA, and workers' compensation.
