What we are looking for: Our company is growing and is looking for a HR Business Partner and Office Support to champion our MONEYME Manila employees, be a strategic partner and change agent for the business. As a HRBP and Office Support you will set priorities, drive value, and deliver business results and provide assistance to our People and Culture Manager in employee relations issues, improves work relationships and productivity, and suggests HR strategies to align the business goals.
Responsibilities for this position include: HR Business Partner
Assist in managing the day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HR administration, and employee queries. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local Labor laws and company standards. Monitor and maintain employee records, including contracts, benefits, compensation details, and other confidential information. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. retention, engagement) and suggest improvements based on data insights. Assist in the maintenance of accurate employee records and ensure data privacy Manage and support training of HR systems Support Salary Benchmarking activities, as required Provide guidance to Head of P&C and to Managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with Labor laws and regulatory requirements in the Philippines. Assist in payroll process checks, and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements Address payroll-related issues and ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory benefits, and other legal requirements. Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of payroll data and processes. Manage the employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all steps are handled professionally and efficiently Support new employee orientations and on employee exit interviews OHS checks, ensuring correct desk set up for office staff Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Support line managers with HR-related matters, including employee discipline and performance management. Office Support:
Handling office improvement/maintenance requests and office deliveriesSupport Head of P&C with major event planning Emergency procedures, Fire Warden - Training to be provided Facilitating meeting room bookings Supporting organization of activities, sporting events and major events Assisting team with other ad hoc requests To be successful in this role you must have the following: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management /Psychology /Business or related /equivalent fields of study Must have an extensive generalist HR experience Knowledgeable on HR and general company policies and guidelines Expert in Philippine Labor Laws Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
