Hr Benefits Officer

Delivers end-to-end HR Benefits administration seamlessly and timely to enhance employee journey
- Serves as the employee point of contact for benefits related concerns
- Resolves employees' benefit inquiries within specified turn-around time
- Communicates and implements benefits-related information and other HR Services programs and initiatives
- Assist in timekeeping of Direct Employees' attendance
- Handle employee movement (Performance Evaluation, Regularization & Appraisal)

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years experience in handling employee benefits, timekeeping, employee movement
