Hr Associate

- Graduate of BA/BS in business, human resources, Psychology, organizational leadership, or a related field is preferred.
with background in HR Recruitment (knowledge in DOLE compliance is an advantage)
- Preferably has at least six (6) months working experience in any related field
- Must be keen to details, Goal-Oriented and Self- Motivated
- Must have an average level of proficiency in communication
- Must have a sense of leadership
- Highly proficient with Word, Excel, and Power point
- Must be adept at problem-solving in a timely manner
- Ability to maintain employee confidentiality
- Must be results oriented
- Strong communication skills, both written and orally,
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Has a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
