Hr Assistant (Recruitment)

The HR Assistant - Recruitment & Staffing's primary function is to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the company.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources Development and Management
- Entry-Level Candidates and Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (with related internship experience).
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (with related internship experience)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Can maintain confidentiality at all times
- Flexible and demonstrates sound work ethics
- Able to prioritize under deadline pressure
- Can work with less supervision
- Willing to do fieldwork when needed

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with management about staffing needs
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment
- Screening/interviewing and selection
- Background checks
- Active with online job boards for sourcing passive and active applicants
- Prepare hiring update report
- Compile and update employee records
- Will handle both recruitment & various administrative tasks

Additional Information:
- On-site Setup
- Work Location: Kepwealth Center, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
- Full-time Employment
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
-Fixed weekends off
