Assists in providing payroll information by collecting timesheets and attendance records.Assists in compensation and mandatory benefits administration and recordkeeping.Prepares worksheets for job site payrolls by assembling, preparing and analysing data.Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages.Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.Prepares all payment vouchers for A/P as per procedure.Manages requests and disburses petty cash fund.Releasing, recording, and encoding of checks and payments.Organizes and coordinates projects purchased receipts and accounts.Filing of necessary project documents and accounts.Collects, scrutinizes validity and accuracy of billing from suppliers and subcontractors.Prepares correspondence from time to timeRelay clients, sub-contractors and suppliers post and needs to the management.Carries out assigned works from the management from time to time.Willing to go site visits to monitor construction workers.
