* Responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs of the company and ensures that such programs are in compliance with labor laws
Assist employees with their mandatory benefits concerns such as contributions, loans, and other benefits such as the Social Security System, Home Development Mutual Fund, and Philippine Health Insurance (PhilHealth).Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulationsProvide updates in all the announcements and advisories regarding the changes in the system, process, and requirements of all the government offices in terms of the mandated benefits of the employees.Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational cultureConduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarksAmenable to assigned at onsite project - Quezon City
