HR and ISO Specialist The HR and ISO Specialist will report directly to the Finance and HR Manager.
Responsibilities: As HRA Specialist
Assists in staffing, recruitment, and training of employeesOrientation of new employeesEnsure smooth communication and prompt resolution of employees' requests and queriesCompilation and update of employee's recordAssists in creating policies, processes, and documentsFacilitate the company's internal/external compliancesOther tasks as deem necessary As ISO Specialist
Design, implement and improve company quality standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Coordinate and facilitate ISO certification and recertification processes with external auditor.Review process to ensure that they are aligned in Quality Management System.Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure standards are metAnalyze data to find areas for growth.Maintain, and manage documentation required for ISO compliance, including manuals, procedures, and records. Qualifications: Bachelor's degreeWith at least 2-3 years related experience in HRA and ISO.Ability to analyze data, create and review processes.With high degree of confidentialityWith excellent organization, communication and coordination skillsWith knowledge of Labor LawsCan start ASAP Work Setup: Onsite
