Education

Experience

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources,
Behavioral Sciences, Social Science or any
related discipline.
At least 1-year experience especially on
Compensation and Benefits (with extensive
experience in manual payroll computation
and preparation).
Computer literate.
Excellent oral and written communication
and interpersonal skills.
Goal and detail oriented.

Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-
solving skills and decision-making aptitude.

Excellent organizational skills with an ability
to prioritize important projects.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary
procedures.
Outstanding time-management skills.
