**Role Description**
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Task to handle end to end recruitment activity and coordination with the Onsite Account Manager
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR and Recruitment transactions
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Compile ISO related documentations, assist in documentation audit

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- With at least 4 years experience as Recruitment, Employee Relations and Engagement
- Must have solid experience in volume recruitment (office based, specialized and skilled roles)
- Background in ISO process is highly preferred
- Staffing / Outsourcing background is an advantage
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS and benefits administration
- Can work under pressure, within strict timeline

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
