Hr And Admin Supervisor / Cavite / Mon To Sat / Php30K

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of BS HRMD, or other business related course;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisor role;
- Flexible, with high integrity, trustworthy;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Background in labor law is an advantage

KEY ROLES:
- Assist Director to handle the operations of HR and Admin
- Overall in-charge, performing and supervising full cycle recruiting process;
- Assist Director to prepare the employment related contracts
- Oversee and monitor manpower headcount and HRIS;
- Assist Director to ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource statutory requirements.

LOCATION: Cavite City
SALARY: Php 26,000 – Php 35,000 (Depends on experience)
SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (On site reporting).
