Qualifications:
A graduate of AB Psychology, BSBA Human Resource Development Management or any related degree.
With 3 years relevant experience in various Human Resources functions and Administrative Functions.
Equipped with basic knowledge on labor relations and compensation&benefits.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Mature and must be keen to details.
Willing to be assigned in Mandaue area.
Job Summary
Responsible in administrative and personnel services and administer HR functions such as employee relations, employee benefits, performance management system, training and manpower planning, rewards and recognitions and conduct of disciplinary action.
