Housekeeping Team Leader

*Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, creating schedules, and managing time-off requests.*Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.*Conduct daily briefings to inform staff about their duties, special instructions, or any changes in schedules.*Regularly inspect guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance standards are met.*Address any issues related to cleanliness or housekeeping services promptly and ensure they are resolved.*Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency in the level of cleanliness and service.*Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.*Ensure ongoing training and development for all team members to maintain high performance and efficiency.*Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
