We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedHousekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team.Housekeeping SupervisorCamp Netanya Resort & Spa is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HousekeepingSupervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Housekeeping Department, ensuring thehighest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the resort. The HousekeepingSupervisor will manage and guide Housekeeping Attendants, Room Attendants, Public AreaAttendants, Linen Attendants, and Laundry Attendants to maintain the cleanliness and upkeepof guest rooms, resort grounds, common areas, restrooms, function rooms, and administrativeoffices. This role requires a deep understanding of our service standards, a commitment to bothtraining and personal development, and the ability to act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in theabsence of the Housekeeping Manager.The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a high standard of guest experienceby greeting guests warmly and enforcing grooming and uniform standards among the team.They must adhere to corporate policies, maintain brand standards, and uphold sanitation andsafety protocols, including inspecting PPE and cleaning equipment. The role involvescollaborating with the Housekeeping Manager on goal-setting and policy development,conducting staff meetings, managing schedules, and providing training and evaluations. TheSupervisor oversees efficient room cleaning, manages inspections, and handles maintenanceissues while ensuring public areas, function rooms, and activity areas are clean and safe. Theyalso manage laundry operations, including linen and towel inventory and processing. Regularreporting, including updating daily reports and managing Incident Reports, is required, alongsideimplementing cleaning and maintenance programs. Additionally, the Supervisor handles shiftcoverage, manages workforce schedules, and takes on other duties as assigned with a positiveattitude.Qualifications:? Male or Female.? Aged 25 - 35 years old, preferred.? Must be willing to work in Mabini, Batangas.? Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any field; Hospitality Management or related field aplus.? At least 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.? Training Certificates a plus.? Excellent in written and verbal communication.? Extensive knowledge in Housekeeping Department.? Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.? Computer Literate.?
