JANITORIAL SERVICESDaily, Sweep and mop floor surface
Daily, empty trash, spot clean and reline containers
Daily, clean cleared horizontal surfaces
Daily, clean tables and other furniture
Apply wax in floors that needed polishing
Clean and sanitize RestroomsSweep, damp mop with a germicidal solution
Clean and Sanitize Sinks and CountertopsSpot clean stall walls and doors, report inappropriate graffiti to security
Empty trash, spot clean containers, reline with appropriate size trash bag
Clean Restroom mirrors
Spot Clean/Disinfect Walls / doors
Any and all requests by either party to modify the scope of the Services must be made in writing and must be approved or agreed to in writing by the other party.Job Type: Full-time
