Housekeeping Coordinator

Filinvest Hotel: Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay, and under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that rooms are available upon guest arrival. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year course of Hotel and Restaurant Course is an advantage.Any experience as a rooms coordinator in a 3 or 5 star hotel.1 to 2 years experience in any field, experience in a hotel industry is an advantage.Familiarity with housekeeping management software and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools).Keen eye for detail to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met, and to accurately track and report any maintenance issues.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including scheduling, inventory management, and coordination of housekeeping staff activities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and management, fostering a positive team environment.Strong analytical skills to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions, enhancing workflow and guest satisfaction.Willingness to work in Boracay Island.
