As a Housekeeping Attendant in Camp Netanya Resort & Spa, you will be integral in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our resort. Your role includes managing common areas, guest rooms, and laundry operations, ensuring that all facilities meet high sanitation standards. You must demonstrate multitasking abilities and a willingness to learn.
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will warmly greet guests, maintain grooming and uniform standards, and adhere to sanitation and safety protocols, including the use of PPE. Your role involves ensuring cleanliness in public areas, function rooms, activity areas, and administrative offices by removing debris, dusting, mopping, and meeting inspection standards. You will handle service requests, report repair needs, and address guest concerns. In room operations, you will clean rooms within designated turnaround times, conduct inspections, manage room inventory, and transport soiled linens to the laundry area. Laundry operations include maintaining cleanliness in the laundry area, sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens, and ensuring timely processing. Additionally, you will submit daily reports, conduct inventory checks, assist with shift coverage, and perform other tasks as assigned with a positive attitude.
Qualifications: Male or Female.Aged 21-35 years old, preferred.Must have completed at least 2 years of any field; Hospitality Management or related field a plus.With NCII training certificate.Must be willing to work in Mabini, Batangas.Good knowledge in Housekeeping Department.Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. ? Must be physically fit and with good stamina.Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedules.
