Hotel Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities;

* Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction
* Monitor staffing levels and oversee employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage
* Train new employees in their duties and responsibilities
* Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standards
* Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses
* Communicate with customers and external parties.

Qualifications;

* College graduate or non-College graduate but with extensive years of experience in the Hotel Industry.
* Atleast 3 Years work experience as Operations Supervisor in any hotel or service oriented organization.
