DescriptionJob Summary The Hotel Manager supervises operations in all hotel departments. In charge of managing and facilitating hotel rooms and commercial areas of the property. Ensures that the handled property achieves the target set by management while maintaining the highest standards.
Skills Requires ability to train, motivate and inspire team members to perform at and above company expectations.Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.Strong understanding of hotel management best practices including accounting, front office, housekeeping procedures, and property management software.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work on a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and evenings.RequirementsDegree in BS Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related course.Aged 26-32 years old.Height requirement: at least 5'5" for females and 5'6" for males.Proactive and pleasing personality.Experience Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.Working LocationGround Floor, 968 J. P. Rizal St, Makati, 1209 Metro Manila, Philippines.
