The Healthcare Services Associate provides administrative and operational support in the corporate healthcare sector, focusing on client coordination, claims processing, and policy management within an HMO or insurance company. Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals, the role ensures efficient handling of medical claims, healthcare policies, and client inquiries, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in understanding healthcare policies, claims, and medical benefits under the HMO system, with training provided.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and clients to resolve medical claims and ensure efficient reimbursement processes.
Handle inquiries about healthcare services, policy applications, renewals, and coverage options.
Process healthcare claims following company guidelines and government healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with the Underwriting team to assess health-related data for policy applications, with guidance from senior team members.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal company standards.
Provide support in addressing client queries related to HMO benefits, claims, and policy documentation.

Qualifications:
Open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Healthcare Administration, or any related field. Candidates with other degrees are also welcome, especially if they have healthcare work experience.
An understanding of healthcare procedures, medical terminology, or healthcare insurance is an advantage, but not required—training will be provided.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer-service mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to corporate processes in a healthcare environment.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of or willingness to learn about health insurance policies, claims processing, and medical billing.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills, especially in handling client inquiries or issues with healthcare services.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn other relevant software for managing client databases.


Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Overtime pay
