Your TalentBachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Management or related fieldsAt least 10 years of retail management experience3-5 years of experience in a leadership roleStrong operational & store development experienceExperience in O&O as well as franchise operationsExperience in project management for the integration of new technology, systems, or service providersYour MissionThe Head of Retail is responsible for managing and leading the country retail organization (company owned & operated stores, both full price and outlet channels), achieving sustainable sales and profitability targets whilst ensuring a unique and brand-relevant shopping experience. The incumbent must be an experienced Retail Operations leader, with a strong understanding of retail merchandising and finance. The Head of Retail will work with all retail stakeholders (Merch, Finance, P&O, VM, Marketing, Training) to ensure a smooth running of our operations.
