The Role
? Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer
About the Role
? Develop strategic and tactical action plans to achieve financial targets and increase market
share
? Conduct and keep abreast of market trends and competitor analysis
? Supports team to build sales pipeline of new clients opportunities
? Build relationships with prospective clients to gain greater share of sales
? Attend client meeting to present, negotiate and close deals
? Ensure that all contracts are delivered and to the clients satisfaction through effective client
management
? Work in collaboration with colleagues in sales, marketing and the various business units to
build synergy
? Manage team day to day activities
? Coach and mentor sales team to excel
? Monitor and report business unit performance, and implement corrective action plans
? Continuous improvement of processes to include technology and data base management
Qualifications and Work Experience
? Degree in Business – Finance, Business, Marketing ; or Management
? MBA and or CPA desirable
? Demonstrated continued commitment to professional development
? Proven expertise in all aspects of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing &
monitoring P&L
? Between 5-7 years work experience leading and managing an entrepreneurial start up or
turnaround business expertise
? Recent work experience in B2B and or executive search, professional services, management
consultancy forms would be an advantage
? Proven track of achievement
? Strong team orientation and people development skills
? Established network
? Proven ability in building and nurturing client relationships
