The salary offered depends on your skills, expertise, and evaluation results. About The Role: The Head of Commercial (E-Commerce) will oversee the overall performance of the e-commerce business unit. This role requires a dynamic leader to manage a team of brand managers and store operators, ensuring the delivery of brand growth and performance metrics across various e-commerce platforms. The Head of Commercial will collaborate directly with the Country Head to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and optimize internal processes to drive success.

Your Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve brand business objectives. Provide training and mentoring to team members, fostering professional growth and development. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans with clear KPIs, supported by robust marketing, commercial, and operational strategies. Contribute to the development of commercial process strategies and general business planning. Financial Performance & Profitability: Manage the financial performance and profitability of the business unit. Analyze business performance, identify key areas for improvement, and seize business opportunities. Process Improvement: Strategically review and improve operational process flows to enhance efficiency. Develop, implement, and share best practices across the organization. Stakeholder Management: Build, manage, and cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including brands and marketplace platforms. Lead negotiations and manage annual agreements with brands and e-commerce partners. Problem Solving & Trend Analysis: Address and resolve issues with external partners as they arise. Stay updated on new e-commerce trends, competitive market insights, and consumer behaviors. Implement action plans to capitalize on these opportunities. Communication & Presentation: Prepare and present product proposals to potential and existing e-commerce partners. Maintain exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. What our Client is Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in commercial or category management within the e-commerce. Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional leadership and collaborative skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
